People In A Space

It’s weird how so much time and energy goes into literally – getting people in a room together. To get things done and moving forward you realize that’s its all about getting people together, giving them resources and having them play with them. Why is it so difficult then to make things happen? People tend to like to do things with people anyways. Why does a sense of responsibility or the slightest sign of a challenging task steer people away? Because, really, when you break it down, it’s all about getting people with different interests, and abilities together in a space.
